Steps to measure:

1. Grab a long, thin piece of paper
2. Wrap the strip twice around your desired finger
3. With a pen or pencil, draw a line straight down the middle
4. Unravel the paper to reveal the two lines (your start and end point)
5. Using a ruler or measuring tape, measure the gap between the two lines
6. Using the table below, match the size of the gap to the ring size

• Measure your finger when they're warm, as cold fingers will measure smaller
• The average ring size for women is US 6-7
